However, there are only 150 sets of questionnaire were rctull1cd. The collected data was analyzed based on frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Persoll Correlation Coefficient and Linear Regression analysis. The result of factor analysis revealed that the respondent perceived different dimension that stated in the literature. Thus, the n:scarcher had rcnamt,;d the factors as works comfc)1table, workload, initiatives leadership and consulltative leadership. The tindings of the study showed that initiatives leadership hud the strongest positive relationship with three dimensions of organizational commitment.
