This research was conducted using the survey method, with a sample of 165 in-service teachers presently studying in UNIMAS ranging from Year 1 to Year 4. A questionnaire was adapted from Wong et. al. (2005) and Robertson et. al. (1995) as means to elicit feedback from the sample population. A total of 103 feedbacks were received from the respondents. Percentages and Correlation (Regression) were used for this research. The findings of this survey show that there is no significant difference between computer literacy and gender of inservice teachers studying in UNIMAS, which contradicts with previous research on computer literacy and its relation to gender. As for computer applications skills, frequency of use for academic purposes determines one's personal computer literacy regardless of gender.
