The main purpose of Web Based Knowledge World System (Health Department) is to provide platform between the health department and state administrators for data collection. Another purpose of this system is to automate from the manual system into a web based system. The problem faced by the state administrator is the time consume 1n collecting data from health department because of the survey were done manually. To overcome the problem, this system helps the state administrator reduce the process time of getting the information. Beside that, the state administrators being able to analyze and make decision based on the result. The language that has been use in development of this project is PHP and MYSQL as the database. Analysis has been done on the language and database that are going to be use before this system will be implemented From the analysis done. PHP and MYSQL are the suitable language and database to be used in implementing this system.
