Key initiatives include aligning education and training with industry needs, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, promoting equal opportunities, and equipping the workforce with green skills for a sustainable economy. By 2030, the policy aims to achieve measurable outcomes such as 40% STEM enrolment, reducing unemployment to below 1.2%, and developing a globally competitive workforce. Collaborative efforts among government, industries, and academia will ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of this framework, enabling Sarawak to become a hub for talent development and inclusive growth.
