Jet nebulizer spray pyrolysis Indium oxide SEM Link to publisher's homepage at http://ijneam.unimap.edu.my/ An extremely sensitive Jet nebuliser spray pyrolysis has been used to prepare by using indium tinoxide thin films. Visible light responsive In2O3 composite was successfully prepared and annealed for different temperatures. The as-prepared samples and annealed samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV–Vis spectra (UV–Vis). The ordered structure of was destroyed to some extent and the size of In2O3 particles is about 20–40 nm. The absorption edges of the IR samples (about 360 nm) display a noticeable shift to the visible light region as compared to that of the In2O3. The In2O3 annealed at different temperatures showed a strong adsorption capability and a high visible light and well grained morphological studies of SEM, which could be attributed to the synergetic effects of the structure and the In2O3. 2016-04-22T10:39:13Z 2016-04-22T10:39:13Z 2015 Article International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials, vol.8 (2), 2015, pages 99-110 1985-5761 (Printed) 1997-4434 (Online) http://dspace.unimap.edu.my:80/xmlui/handle/123456789/41334 en Universiti Malaysia Perlis
