These matters also include fabrication of nanowires in certain electronic device which use this application. Nanowires at the present time widely used in many applications such as biotechnology or biosensors, photonics, diodes and field effect transistors (FET), solar cells and so on because it suitable with devices that involve with nanometer scale features, measure and detection or sensors. Nanowires mostly used in biotechnology because the natural size scales of biology itself.
