It was found that family member characteristics do not have relationship with the entrepreneurship orientation for family business in Kota Kinabalu. Thus, strategic planning did not have any moderating on this relationship. Meanwhile, willingness to change does have relationship with the entrepreneurship orientation in family business and subsequently, strategic planning does have moderating effect in this relationship.
