This retail business does not require large capital to start. Nowadays, there are many grocery shops that have been undertaken by local residents. In addition, grocery shops should also provide accommodation to make customer feel comfort when they in the grocery shop. In addition other factors such as store layout, as well as in-store environment are also important to make customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the relationship factors on customer satisfaction so that they are loyal spend their money at the grocery shop. This study collected data from 50 respondents for this picture through the survey questions. The hypothesis for this study is done by using SPSS. Study results obtained indicate that the selected factors will influence the outcome of customer intent to buy at the grocery store.
