Summary:Recently, the country has seen an increase in the number of scammers using ecommerce platforms. As a result, the goal of this study is to investigate the effect of scammers on customers' perception of an e-commerce platform among UMK students. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Quantitative approaches were employed in this study, as well as the conventional technique, to make the questionnaire easier to distribute. In this study, a questionnaire was also constructed to collect data from 375 UMK students who were exclusively enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate education. Statistics Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 was used for data analysis. According to the findings, the independent factors of customer privacy disposition, social risk of privacy breach, and vulnerability of privacy breach have a strong link with customer perception of E-commerce platform among University Malaysia Kelantan students. The range of all means in this research is between 4.3419 to 4.2176 where all means variables are in agree or good range. This study includes limitations and recommendations to help future investigators better understand the scammer that happens in e-commerce.
