The brand image is one of the factors that influence consumer buying behaviour of local skin care product. Due to the competitive marketplace, consumer satisfaction has become the important things especially in cosmectics industry. Providing quality services can lead to customer satisfaction and retain the existing customers. The prices, qualities, brand images and effective advertisement are the key factors that influence consumer‟s skin care selection.
