| Summary: | This research work is designed to give a brief description of day-to-day bus operations in the city of Kuala- Lumpur. It will also give a direct view of the need for the people for the information of bus services when boarding the public bus transportation service. From time to time, efforts have been made by the authorities to smoothe out the usual works. For some time the event always seems to repeat itself. We hope from this research it will perhaps inspire new thinking and perchance start with a much more intelligent planning from the authorities concerned. And this shoudl be accomploshed by a more towards more valuable constructive suggestions and it is also hoped much further improvement will hence follow. Therefore, the objectives of our research is toward ochieving a more integrated orderly system of public transport usage. |
