Summary:According to Taylor (2006), knowledge sharing arises from individuals efort to transfer knowledge to others within the organization. Knowledge sharing should have a positive effect on job satisfaction because trust teammates should generally have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Other than that, according to Okpara (2006), emphasize that job satisfaction is closely related to the characteristic of the workers. In the other words, job satisfaction are examined closely, it is seen that some of them consist external factor, internal factor and personal factor. The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge sharing and job satisfaction among employees at Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd. in conducting this study, a set of 92 questionnaires was distribute to employees in Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd by using stratified sampling technique. The findings of this research shows that there is a positive relationship between all three elements in job satisfaction (internal recognition, external recognition, and self recognition) with employees in Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd. Discussion made was supported by the findings of the past researchers in the same fields.
