The data were gathered through the questionnaire distributed to the staff at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and 160 respondents were chosen in order to determine the relationship between conflict management styles and employees performance in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). However, only 120 questionnaires were collected.
