Besides that, these studies also want to investigate the most significant conflict management styles that influence the employee's performance among staff in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). The data were gathered through the questionnaire distributed to the staff at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and 160 respondents were chosen in order to determine the relationship between conflict management styles and employees performance in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). However, only 120 questionnaires were collected.
