Summary: | Environment factor, Man Power factor and Process factor are three of the most important factors in analysing the traceability issue at the store division in DSB. The focus of current research is to analyse the factor that leads to the traceability issue at the store division. Four hypotheses are developed to see the impact of all the independent variables on the traceability issues at the store division. These hypotheses are derived from literature review. Result show that environment factor, man power factor, and process factor have significant and positively effect on the traceability issue at the store division. Thus, the four factors increase the traceability issue at the store division in DSB. |
