While there is many organizations are facing with the problems of employee engagement, MSSB also did not escape with the problem of lacking employee engagement at the work place. The study was done to analyse the employee engagement level at My-Sutera Sdn. Bhd and at the same time to study the factors that affects the employee engagement. The study used previous literature review for secondary data.
