Summary:First and for most, this practical training report is about the dilapidation survey for condominium because there is a construction for condominium, but this dilapidation survey is carried just for post construction (piling work) construction work only which is appointed by Keller Contractor. This practical training report have been divided by several part which is company background, literature review, case study, problem, suggestion and recommendation. In the first chapter will introduce to my company background in detail which is contain the background, location and also logo of company. I also put my director profile and several project that have been done by this company and on-going project. In this report, have literature review which is I have do some research and review regarding to the post construction that is piling work and dilapidation survey itself. This contain the type of defect, process involving during the dilapidation survey is carried out and also the process after the survey have been done. There is also a review about the piling work which is the step in piling work. After that, I start with my case study which is the dilapidation survey at Seri Duta 1 condominium, in this chapter I have put the detail on the location of our site and highlighted on the construction site and also dilapidation survey. There is also a brief about our client profile. The report that I have done is by area that means, I put all the defect by location for example common area, office and owner unit.
