The purpose of this case study is to conduct research on a Malaysian entrepreneur. SexySteps' founder, Arisya Nur Ezreen Binti Arifinan. I did some research on the company and was able to learn about SexySteps' history. SexySteps is a Malaysian e-commerce platform established in Kelantan. The background of the entrepreneur profile, Arisya Nur Ezreen, will be provided in my case study, followed by SexySteps' profile. The following section will detail how she opened SexySteps on her own. Arisya Nur Ezreen sells only women's shoes under her own brand. Furthermore, the Entrepreneur Competencies should refer to a set of qualities that successful entrepreneurs should possess in order to effectively fulfil entrepreneurial activities, as shown on Arisya Nur Ezreen. The reason I chose Arisya Nur Ezreen is that, despite her adolescence, she is one of the successful Malaysian entrepreneurs.
