Summary:This empirical study is accomplished to predict the relationship between employee commitment and employee performance among the employees. This study is to identify the commitment of employees that divided into three categories which is affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment give huge impact towards their job performance in the organizations. The sample consists of 132 peoples in Lembaga Lada Malaysia, Pending Division. This was accomplished through quantitative method of data collection namely questionnaire. The finding of study revealed that normative commitment is very important in order to achieve good job performance among employees. Pearson correlation and regression analysis was carried out for the collected data. The correlation analysis revealed that normative commitment has a low and significant relationships towards job performance. This finding indicated that it is recommends for future studies to further investigate the different types of commitment among their employees towards their organizations.
