The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative method by using a questionnaire survey. The respondents of this study are customers within the chosen shopping complex. The data collected were evaluated in chosen Penang's shopping complex. The data collected to achieve the objective and the analysis of data were obtained by SPSS version 23. The most dominant factor that influences thermal comfort is Heat transfer.
