Summary:The climatic changes based on the increase in total annual energy consumption used. Therefore, the proportion of building also effects on the customers' satisfaction on thermal comfort in the shopping complex itself. The objective of this paper is to analyse the relationship between thermal comfort and customers' satisfaction in the shopping complex. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative method by using a questionnaire survey. The respondents of this study are customers within the chosen shopping complex. The data collected were evaluated in chosen Penang's shopping complex. The data collected to achieve the objective and the analysis of data were obtained by SPSS version 23. The most dominant factor that influences thermal comfort is Heat transfer. It is hoped that this study will be a benefit to the public and to be view on improving the shopping complex in term of thermal comfort.
