A cross-sectional study was carried out in 328 students and all the subjects were answered with the Vaccination Questionnaire where knowledge towards vaccination was determined. Descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test were used to compare the difference. The result showed that overall students had a mean knowledge score of 6.62 (SD=1.97). Besides, the result of the knowledge based on genders shown that male students had a mean knowledge score of 6.17 (SD=2.056) and female students had 7.07 (SD=1.774). There was a significant difference in knowledge score between genders towards vaccination.
