Moreover, the study also conducted to examine the application of political consideration in selecting employees in the public sectors among public managers. 100 respondents were involved in this study which came from three different public sector organization which includes Immigration Department of Sabah, Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-Operatives and Consumerism of Sabah and Royal Customs Malaysia Sabah. The result shows that there is a relationship between seniority, environment, and position with political consideration. The study also found that there is differences political consideration and genders.
