The practical training takes 4 months to complete the study taking the diploma as a Building Surveyor. The maintenance programme that applied at this Hospital was systematically for this building. The services of this building are well-maintained. Thoroughly, the subject that had been chosen for practical reports are maintenance of cooling tower and air-conditioning The problems in this building only is air-conditioning due the temperature is not cold. This department receive many complaints from the Operation Theatre (OT) that the people inside the department is hot. so this department had decided to run 2 chiller for one day starts from 6.00 am – 5.30 pm.
