Calculate and analyze the prevalence rate by using data cases reported in Malacca state in 2001 until May, 2014 and survey among 50 parents, 30 child care workers and 10 Child Care Centre inspections. Data analyze by using SPSS. The prevalence rate was increasing epid by epid week, trend analysis of HFMD cases reported by epid week in 5 until 25 shows that cases reported was high and increased which may affected by climate or warm temperature. The higher cases were reported was in 2012 with total cases 773 cases and followed year 2013 with total cases 341, and 2014 with total cases 308. The 5 child care centre experiences with HFMD have taken good preventive measure. There, 19 parents experience with HFMD and 31 parents no experience with HFMD. 14 parents who don't have any experience with HFMD have poor basic knowledge regarding to HFMD. While 21 parents who don't have any experience with HFMD practice poor hygiene practice. Total child care worker experience with HFMD is 17 and total child care worker don't have any experience with HFMD is 13. 14 child care worker experience with HFMD have good basic knowledge. Only 1 child care worker experience with HMFD practice poor hygiene practice and 16 child care worker practice good hygiene.
