Summary: | This paper seeks to explore the role Immani Leadership in managing diversity in relation with his/her expertise in order to respond to contemporary challenges and conflicts. To build the Personality of Contemporary Young Muslim Leaders based on Islamic Sources, al-Qur’an as-Sunnah, moderate approaches especially in Managing Diversity are needed. Unity in Diversity can be promoted from an Islamic point of view. The focus of discussion is on: (1) the literal and technical meaning of Diversity; (2) its types; (3) ways or steps to manage diversity; (4) cases on the management of diversity. This study concludes that Managing Diversity is a key to successful leadership in the contemporary time. |
