Cooperatives as third sector economy contribute significantly to national income in Malaysia. These community-based entities are created by the community to the community. This noble organization has been active in making the society relevant in the socio-economic development agenda. This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals agenda to bring unity, prosperity, peace, and justice to the community. This study explores sejahtera defensive strategies at Co-op IIUM in sustaining its performance and competitive advantage. Coop IIUM has been in defensive strategies for many years. This report proposed Sejahtera defensive strategies to bring back its glory. This coop is essential to help members of the cooperative in financing a more facilitating, or on credit cooperatives.
