This study explores sejahtera defensive strategies at Co-op IIUM in sustaining its performance and competitive advantage. Coop IIUM has been in defensive strategies for many years. This report proposed Sejahtera defensive strategies to bring back its glory. This coop is essential to help members of the cooperative in financing a more facilitating, or on credit cooperatives. |
