OIL SORPTION PROPERTIES OF PRISTINE AND MODIFIED KAPOK FIBER
Oil spill in the ocean creates harmful effect to the environment therefore nowadays sorbent have been used in the industry to combat the issue. However, synthetic sorbent like polyethylene and polypropylene are non-biodegradable and expensive to be produced.
