Comparison of Mesophilic and Thermophilic Anaerobic Digestion of McDonald’s Wastewater

The wastewater generated from McDonald’s outlets contains oil and grease may solidifies in sewer lines. The production of food also generates a huge amount cooking waste residue that cause lots of waste generation. This research is to characterize the wastewater and quantify the components and to co...

Description
Summary:The wastewater generated from McDonald’s outlets contains oil and grease may solidifies in sewer lines. The production of food also generates a huge amount cooking waste residue that cause lots of waste generation. This research is to characterize the wastewater and quantify the components and to conduct a feasibility study of co-digesting McDonald’s wastewater with sludge using the anaerobic digestor.
