The findings of the study confirmed the positive relationship (association) of motivating change and sustaining momentum with revitalization. Other than contributing to the body of knowledge over a subject which is empirically scarce, the study further renewed the importance of the micro level analysis of a public financial institution in Malaysia i.e. managers, rather than only the macro level. The study takes pride on its originality and ends with comprehensive practical recommendations for the organization in blending in the elements of motivating change and sustaining momentum so as to arrive at the desired state of revitalization.
