This research paper seeks to investigate the international factors which influence the entrepreneur's decision to engage them in internationalization. Contextualizing the topic to Yemen, it is assumed that SME'S expansion at domestic and international level may provide an edge for opening new avenue of development. Almost 125 SME'S entrepreneurs are approached in this study directly and indirectly.
