(槟城23日讯）由于第13届大选的日期一直拖延不定，致使曰落洞国会议员黄泉 安无法预期陪同陈慧琳，于3月到軸国进行第3阶段的最后一次整容手术，需将手术延后到6月。去年6月陈慧琳到韩国进行第2轮的注入干细胞手术后,原定于今年3月进行第3轮的最后一次手术，不过因为大选曰期迟迟无法知晓，导致黄泉安无法安原本的计划陪同陈慧琳赴韩国。...
