Industrial Management This study discusses students' perceptions of virtual reality as an education aid. There are three objectives for this study. The first objective of this study is to review the benefit and challenges of having virtual reality as educational aids from the literature review. The second objective is to investigate the benefit of virtual reality from students’ perception and the third objective is to make a comparison of virtual reality from the literature review and students' perception. The method used in conducting this study was a quantitative approach involving STML students in who took virtual reality classes to answer the questions in the questionnaire distributed to them which contained several sections such as demographic information, knowledge about VR, benefits of using VR, reasons of using VR and the challenges that may face. The findings in this study are information provided by the respondents to the questions asked about their perception of using VR as an education aid. To demonstrate this result, descriptive data and reliability analysis were performed and it was proven that the variables in this study were valid and reliable except for the variables related to challenges. Therefore, students should be exposed to VR and challenges they may face if they are used as one of the education aids.
