Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine Information Communication Technologies (ICT) technology adoption among Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in MARA Halal Park, Kuala Perlis. As we see that, Halal SMEs unable to market their product more widely and compete with other competitors in market. Halal SMEs must be raised to enhance knowledge and ICT skills to improve performance of business. This study of this study was to understand the current progress of ICT adoption, examine the ICT impacts and future ICT uses for Halal SMEs. A qualitative study was conducted using case study method. Semi structured interview was held with Shala Pizza company. The data was collected by using interviews method and targeting the workers of Halal SMEs in MARA Halal Park. Interpretive analysis of transcripts revealed the current progress of ICT adoption, impact of ICT, and future ICT uses in the company and other Halal SME. In conclusion, ICT use in the Halal SME is very important improve their business performance. Since this is a single case study due to small sample size, so multiple case study need to applied in future study.
