This issue has become a phenomenon that has gained the attention, especially women and has the potential to provide economic opportunities that can generate lucrative income. However, the rate of participation of women in economic development is still weak and not comparable to men. These problems are associated with gender issues that are hard to eradicate from community thinking. Women are also seen as less interested in conventional entrepreneurship as they risk their commitment and commitment. In order to solve this problem, most women began to respond positively to e-business. The objectives of the study are to identify the level of understanding, prospects and issues and e-business challenges and to identify the implications of e-business in influencing the way people live. In order to meet the predetermined objective requirements, this study uses a quantitative approach, a questionnaire to collect data from 100 rural women. The results shows that e-business has a positive implication in influencing the lifestyle of the community, saving consumers time and also giving negative implications by reducing social interaction among society. Hence, the e business field should always be addressed and developed to help increase the participation of rural women in economic development.
