Referring to this matter, this research paper is conducted to asses the readiness for e-commerce among Malaysian entrepreneurs and also consumer acceptance. There are several major challenges for entrepreneurs in Malaysia to adopt e-commerce which are also the obstacles for both entrepreneurs and consumers and these challenges will become to be research question. Previous studies have shown that the level of e-commerce adoption in Malaysia is still low.
