The questionnaire had a high acceptance level (the value of Alpha = 0.96).The quantitative data was analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation testing and multiple regression analysis. Based on the Table Level Acceptance by Moersch (1995), a mathematics teacher who taught Form 1 was at the application level.
