KUALA LUMPUR: Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Salleh Said Keruak said yesterday Sabah stands to gain from the appointment of Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan as minister in the Prime Minister's Department in Monday's cabinet reshuffle.
