| Summary: | Relational-oriented exchange plays a major role in an organization’s development of strategic performance of outsourcing success in order to sustain competitive advantage.This paper used partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to investigate the influence of relational-oriented exchange on strategic performance of outsourcing success among electrical and electronic manufacturing industries.Statistical results provide evidence to support the positive association between relational-oriented exchange and strategic performance of outsourcing success.This paper also demonstrates the implementation of SmartPLS as one of the statistical tools for the analysis of PLS-SEM in outsourcing management Malaysia. |
