Description
Summary:This study aims to explore the relationship of human resource management (HRM) and operational performance among Malaysian manufacturing organizations.A total of 137 organizations were involved in this study. Multiple regression analysis results showed that there was a multicollinearity problem among the HRM variables. The principle component analysis method was used to solve the problem.Further, simple linear regression model was developed to analyze the relationship between HRM with operational performance.Simple linear regression analysis results indicated that the model developed has a significant F value at the probability level of 0.01.In addition, the results also showed that HRM collectively accounted for 26.3% of the variance in operational performance.
