Engaging the m-learning services in the Malaysian higher education will improve the availability of education.This paper discusses the development and user’s evaluation of Student’s Mobile Information Prototype (SMIP). The study aims to utilize mobile learning services to facilitate education for students in the higher education environment.The Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) was adapted to develop the SMIP.
