總結:The main aim of this study is to examine the influence of salary, work environment and leadership towards job satisfaction among kindergarten educators. The study involved 131 number of employees. The scope is cantered within one of the well-established kindergartens in Penang. This study adopts quantitative research method, therefore in order to analyse the collected data Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) has to be used in order to see the relationship between independent variables which salary, working environment and leadership on dependent variable which is job satisfaction. The questionnaire is designed with a close - ended question. The data were analysed using different statistical echniques such as frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis (Pearson Correlation Analysis) and regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). Thus, this study had recognized salary, working environment and leadership as a factor that could influence the job satisfaction among kindergarten educators. According to the multiple regression analysis the independent variables of salary and working environment has a positive relationship with dependent variable but the independent variable of leadership shows there is no po sitive relationship towards job satisfaction. Finally, from the researcher's viewpoint, the organisation must play a major role in having their employees satisfied which could provide the company with numerous benefits.
