Assessment of e-learning readiness is useful for the initial phase and can be considered as the initial phase of national strategy development for areas that require ICT as a prerequisite for the implementation of this strategy. This study is a descriptive study that study the level readiness of e-learning implementation among accounting students at Perlis Matriculation College. Researchers created a questionnaire constructed to measure e-learning readiness. Readiness categories include; computer & internet effectiveness, student control, online communication effectiveness, self-directed learning, and motivation regarding the online learning readiness theory from Hung et al (2010). The questionnaire questions used were adapted from the Online Learning Readiness Scale (OLRS), Hung et al (2010), and Jo Ann D. Doculan (2014). Before conducting the main study, the validity and reliability of the tool were made. Data were collected from a sample of 260 respondents among accounting students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 statistics. As a result, findings from descriptive, regression, and correlation analysis found that there was a significant relationship between computer & internet effectiveness, student control, online communication effectiveness, self-learning, and motivation in elearning readiness.
