The result of the study of the career selection shows that gender, marital status and working type affected the career selection suitability in Modenas. It shows that these factors are congruent and suitable to the Modenas operators. However in terms of age, race and educational level, it shows that there was no influence or had just a very little effect towards career selection suitability in Modenas.
