Employment This study is conducted to examine the relationship between the antecedent of knowledge management effectiveness such as organizational culture, leadership, technology adoption and knowledge management effectiveness. Apart from that the relationship between knowledge management effectiveness and organizational performance also has been investigated. Knowledge management has been identified as one the factor in maintaining the companies performance and corporate sustainability. Knowledge management implementation is being very slow in many organisation due to the effects of lack in leadership board, managements and staff, are not keen in technological adoption plus the culture of the organization is been the same for many years. This study particularly involved 200 staffs from Parkson Cooperation Sdn. Bhd. In Kedah. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. Data has been analysed using Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 27. Findings of the study showed that organizational culture, leadership, technology adoption have relationship with knowledge management effectiveness. Apart from the findings, the results also showed that knowledge management effectiveness also related to organizational performance.
