Summary:Excellent Islamic leadership faces issues and problems in terms of the practice of Islamic values that are less successfully applied in leadership. This is due to the gap in the development of Islamic leadership based on the manhaj of Tawheed which is less focused.This study was conducted to understand, identify, and analyze in depth the phenomenon of Islamic leadership based on the framework of the mabadi' knowledge of Tawheed which includes the integration of the concept of Tawheed,rnaildhu'nilbuwah and core Islamic values in the discipline of Tawheed. This study used the design methodology of qualitative study and applied the phenomenology approach through face-to-face interviews with seven respondents consisling of academics and experts in various industries in Malaysia. The study was conducted within the scope of leadership and the maudhu 'nubuwah approach.The process of the mutun analysis (text) of scholars' manuscripts in Ummul Barahin and Jailharah Tawheed as well as tadabbur surah al-Ahzab 33:21 based on the method of al i'brah bi u 'muumil lafzhy laa bi khushusi sabab were selected for the tringulation process.Data analysis was also carried out the matically, successfully obtaining information through three themes, namely leading through belief, leading by self-leadership, and leading through values along with nineteen study subthemes conducted in detail. The finding of the document analysis also found relationships between the manhaj of Tawheed and the integration approach of leadership components including leading through belief with the approach of Tawheed. leading by self-leadership through the approach of Uswah Hasanah and leading through values with the approach of the Islamic core values for leadership.This study contributes to literature and management through leadership development of oriented self-leadership and not only focuses on the development of the relationships with followers or tasks. The results of the study also provide a more focused perspective on the interpretation of leadership with the concept of Uswah Hasanah through the model of Rasulullah & and as an initiative to develop Islamic leadership pipelines based on the manhaj of Tawheed.
