The objectives of the study were to investigate: a)the school cooperatives activities that generates the entrepreneurial interests among the students. b)the school cooperative activities that accomodates welfare to their members. 240 respondents from 12 secondary schools within Kubang Pasu District, Kedah Darulaman participated in this study. A set of questionnaire containing 30 items using four points Likert-type scale was applied to measure the entrepreneurial interest among the school students. Two main hypotheses were constructed for the study. Statistical tools such as frequency test and Pearson correlation were used to test these hypotheses. The results revealed that there were significant positive relationships between the school cooperatives with the entrepreneurial interest. The results also revealed that there were significant positive relationship between the school cooperatives with the accomodation of welfares.
