It also had direct and undirectly with relationship orgnizational safety and accident statistic record. Thi research aim to study the relationship between safety management practices and safety behaviour at the workplace. A quantitaive approach was applied in this study, involved 152 responden for answering the survey questionaire. Raw data was ran used Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Deskriptive analysis shown that the mean value for safety behaviour at a moderate level. While correlation analysis shown management commitment, safety training, employee engagement, communication safety feedback rules and security procedures as well as policies promoting safety associated with safe behavior. Regresion analysis revealed that 55% of safety behaviour was explained by safety management practices. All dimesions had signicficant realtionship with safety behaviour, except regulations and procedures safety. That mean safety management practices palys the crucial role for safety behaviour develoment. Thus management have to put priority for safety regualtion and procedures enhencement for improving the safety behaviour among the employees. At the same time. the enforcement of regulation and procedures also as the controlling mechanism.
