Summary:The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of students misbehavior of form four students in district of Yan, Kedah. The objectives of this study is to identify a) the differences of the students misbehavior along personal characteristic of students, home factors, school factors and peers. It will also to investigate whether these factors explain the variance in students misbehavior significantly. b) the relationship between family background and Students misbehaviour c) the relationship between physical facilities in the school and students misbehaviour d) the relationship between learning environment and students misbehaviour e) the relationship between peers-influence and students misbehaviour f) the influence of independent variables on students misbehaviour. 234 from form four students were participated in this study. A set of questionnaire containing 62 items using five points Likert-type scale was applied to measure the students' responses. Six main hypotheses were constructed for this study. Statisticals tools such as using Pearson Correlation t-Test, Analysis of Variance and Multiple Regression were used to test these hypotheses. The results revealed that a) there was not significantly difference between demographic factors and students misbehaviour along personal characteristic of students, home factors, school factors and peers. b) there was significant relationship between families relationship and students miabehaviour c) there was significant relationship between physical facilities in the school and students misbehaviour d) there was relationship between learning environment and students misbehaviour e) there was relationship between peers-influence and students misbehaviour f) there was significant relationship between the influence of independent variables and students misbehaviour. Some suggestions have been offered based on these findings to cope the students misbehaviours.
