Summary:The studies were undertaken to find the information concern about the level of awareness and perception towards TQM among teachers in pioner schools which implemented IS0 9000. Demography factors like gender, age, academic qualification, year of service as a teacher, years of service in the mentioned school, TQM’s course exposure and quality members are uses to see the relationship. Besides that, the types of school and leadership style factor also were used to see the relationship. A population of 107 teachers were used as a respondence. A questionaire was used as the study instrument to test about the awareness towards TQM’s characteristics and the perception about TQM characteristic implementation in certain aspects of management. T-test and One Way ANOVA were used to test the differences. To test relationship, Coeffecient Pearson Correlation ‘r’ was used. Significant was at the probability of P< 0.05. Findings showed that 101 teachers (94.4%) had high level of awareness towards TQM characteristic and 96 teachers (89.7%) had high level of perception. Most of demography factors could not determine awareness and perception level among teachers compared other factors. The studies found that other factors like the type of school and leadership style were significantly related with awareness and perception towards TQM. Type of school had a weak and negative relationship and style of leadership had a strong and positive relationship.
